Robot for Coating
The demand for in-place coating has motivated our team to take up an ambitious project to design, develop and deploy a new fleet of Robots. The robot can do the coating on existing PV modules with high precision and accuracy.

The LEEF project consortium represents the various competencies, expertises and infrastructure that are necessary to realize the project objectives. LEEF is composed of the Dutch applied research organization TNO (located on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus in Geleen), and four companies RADS Global, MCC Installaties, Glass for Glass and Laudy Bouw). The project is supported by the OP Zuid program (European Fund for regional development), the Dutch government and the province of Limburg. The trend for Sustainable Housing and Smart Cities have demanded new solutions to address the problem of acceptable designs of the houses with renewable power production functionalities. The glass used is used in all kind of houses but most of the glass is not available in different colours as per the choices of customers. So, the objective of the project is to develop a new type of glass which is acceptable as sustainable energy and alternative colour choice with functional coatings.
